ABOUT OUR PFQ COURSE
The PFQ is multiple choice exam covering the foundational concepts of project management. Our PFQ Course thoroughly covers all of the knowledge required while seamlessly incorporating how to approach the exam and select the correct answer. Continuous revision starts in your first session to build your knowledge and prevent the need for cramming.
We are experts in both the exam content and how to confidently approach a multiple choice exam - and will pass that onto you with clear explanations, built-in practice questions, and our proven tips and tricks.

We also believe that achieving a certification is incomplete unless you gain some practical skills in the process. We want to prepare you to apply real world project management skills as soon as possible. That's why our PFQ course incorporates activities and lively discussions to try-out new techniques together using interesting scenarios.

PFQ COURSE DELIVERY
Our PFQ Course is instructor-led via a virtual classroom so you can join us from anywhere. This give you the choice of the best location for you to learn and the opportunity to meet people from across the UK in varying roles and industries. We provide all of the materials you'll need to learn and revise, but you will have to provide the tea or coffee!

Each course is taught by a Compleat PM with at least a decade of real-world project management experience and a personal track-record of training now certified project managers who are advancing their careers! All of our trainers are experienced in teaching virtually and creating an engaging, supportive atmosphere to inspire project managers of all experience levels and backgrounds.
PFQ COURSE STRUCTURE
Our PFQ course is comprised of an important 30-minute introduction session, and four 3-hour workshops. A variety of course schedules are available to align with your goals and the pace that suits you.
Intensive PFQ Course
Comprised of two workshops per day on back-to-back weekdays followed immediately by the exam. That means you may need a couple of days away from your job to attend, as well as an evening or two to review materials and revise for the exam.

Relaxed PFQ Course
Comprised of the same introduction session and four 3-hour workshops, but over a 2-week period. That means one day per week to attend two workshops, and more time to review and revise in between.
​
Evening/Weekend PFQ Course
Comprised of the same content, but typically held over a 2 or 4-week period. The exact schedule will be customised to meet student needs.
