WHAT WE OFFER
We offer individual, confidential sessions with an expert project manager to focus on your specific needs. Perhaps you are struggling with a topic discussed in your PFQ or PMQ course and would like some extra time to clarify and review. Maybe you are you already managing a project but aren't quite sure how to implement a new technique efficiently and effectively, and would like to talk it through with an experienced project manager. You may even be struggling with resolution of a real-world project issue and would like the input of an expert outside of your team.

Every Compleat PM coach has at least a decade of real-world project management experience and a personal track-record of training and mentoring other project managers. Your time with them will be dedicated to your chosen topics in an informal, supportive atmosphere for project managers of all experience levels and backgrounds.
HOW IT WORKS
Because these sessions are unique to you, we'll start by gathering a little bit of extra information about you and the topics on your mind. This allows us to pair you with the best possible coach for your situation.

Your coach will be in touch with you directly to coordinate a schedule. You decide if you'd like just one session, back-to-back sessions, or scattered sessions. Should your discussions bring-to-mind a new question or should something unexpected come up in your real-world project, no problem. This is your time and you decide the topics most important to you.

Pricing for individual coaching sessions starts at £55 per hour, exclusive of VAT. Discounts available for session packages of 5 hours or more. Costs for materials or exams are not included.
