Usage data is collected automatically when using our website and may include information including (but not limited to):  your device’s internet protocol address (i.e. IP address), browser type and version, the pages of our website that you visit, the date, time, and time spent on those pages, unique device identifiers, and other diagnostic data.  We may also collect information that your browser sends whenever you visit our website.

Similar usage data is collected when you access our website using a mobile device and may include information including (but not limited to):  the type of mobile device you use, its unique ID and IP address, the mobile operating system, type of mobile internet browser, unique device identifiers, and other diagnostic data.  We may also collect information that your browser sends whenever you access our website through a mobile device.

Bank details provided to us for processing payments are processed securely through the banking system but are not stored by us.  Should you contract with us for services including exams, we will collect data regarding any special circumstances for exam accommodation and your exam results.

  • If you are receiving services as a member of an employer contracted training, with your consent, we may also disclose the following to your employer:  attendance, learning progress, and exam results.  

  • We may disclose your personal data if required to do so by law or in response to valid requests by public authorities such as a court or government agency, or in the good faith belief that such action is necessary to:  comply with a legal obligation; protect the personal safety of users of the website, our services, or the public; protect and defend our rights or property; prevent or investigate possible wrongdoing in connection with our website or services; or, protect against legal liability.  

  • We may transfer your personal information as part of a sale of some or all of our business and assets to any third party or as part of any business restructuring, reorganisation, or dissolution.

  • Your information may be shared with a limited number of cloud-based technology suppliers for collection, processing, storage, or analytics including Google, HubSpot (CRM), Ionos (email provider), and Wix (website platform).

  • We may also disclose your personal information for any other purpose if you provide consent.
